Every Student Deserves a Clear Path to a Career

We know that you’re committed to bridging the gap between graduation and career.

But when you’re understaffed, underfunded, and facing down unfunded mandates, it’s hard to know what you can do that will actually make an impact.

Our Mission

Our Mission

Building sustainable bridges between education and industry to transform career exploration and development, creating thriving workforce pipelines for all students.

At BEA, we understand that the best career-connected learning programs have community ties and opportunities for all students. That’s why our team works to foster connections between schools and local businesses, as well as nationwide virtual opportunities.

Our platform of tools, resources, and career exploration opportunities helps your organization create an ecosystem that not only educates students about the vast range of occupations available, but also builds a pipeline of invested, prepared local talent that will serve your community for years to come.

Our Story

Our Story

The Business & Education Alliance began as a grassroots effort to solve a local problem. The Pikes Peak region in Colorado is home to 17 school districts—each working within its own silo to find a career-connected learning solution for students.

So many different approaches to a single problem resulted in confusion and burnout for school employees and businesses alike.

We launched an intermediary program to serve the entire region, connecting and collaborating to align the education-to-employment journey for all local students. Subsequently, the program became a national best practice for career-connected learning and workforce pipeline development.

Since 2019, we’ve helped nearly 50,000 students across numerous districts learn about their career possibilities and connect to professionals through internships, job shadowing, class  presentations, and more.

We’re excited to bring this platform to your school, school district, and community.
